electronics components recycling
We know that electronics components are not cheap at all, and it's important to recycle as much as we can to help our pockets, and indirectly to the planet we live.
To do this task easier, we are going to explain a way we have to reuse and recycle electronic components in an easy and cheapy way.
The first thing to do is stealing the iron from the kitchen, in a way that mum or mrs wife don't realize, and it's good if you find a good place to hide it for the rest of your life, as the lead that compounds the solder is very toxic, so it's better if you don't cook with it never more.

Iron to desolder.
The problem with normal irons is that they normally don't reach the temperature needed to liquify the solder, that it normally is above 200°C. This happens because the thermostat stops the current some degrees under this temp, so as your meat don't carbonyze.

Open thermostat.
The next thing to do is easy, we will make a hack to the thermostat: open it, and you will see two metal pieces, one will expand a lot with heat and will touch the interruptor so that it cannot pass more current to the thermal resistance. Well, try this mechanism, slidding the control wheel and seeing when the interruptor jumps. Then you will easily understand all these stuff.

Thermostat Zoom.
If we bend the expanding metal, we force the interruptor to allow more heat in order to activate. So we complete our mission of reaching the needed degrees of heat. We mount all the device together again, and we test the hacked iron so as we can desolder the circuits without burning the components.

fusing the joints.
When the circuit is hot, we can take the components out with the aid of the pliers.
A good trick is to have a big tin ball that will help to dessolder the pcb's easily and can keep growing even more. When it gets near of the solder joints, it will transfer all of the needed heat to liquify the lead-tin instantly.

Extracted components.
We hope you frie too much and will recycle a lot of electronics. Ah!, be careful with mr.burns.
